     Sun Village is luxurious holiday complex, built in one of the most attractive sea resorts of Bulgaria – Sunny beach. Sunny Beach is a major seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located approximately 35 km north of Burgas in Nessebar municipality, Burgas Province. Sunny Beach is the biggest and most popular holiday resort of the country. There are many restaurants and numerous live music bars, pubs, nightclubs, discos, cafes in Sunny Beach Summer resort. During the last few years almost the whole hotel base was renovated and several new luxurious hotels have been built as well as many apartment complexes in Sunny Beach Resot.


     Sun Village is real sunny home in the heart of Bulgarian Black sea’s pearl. The complex combines coziness, calmness and unique atmosphere. It is located just 600 meters away from the beachfront and comprises three 6-storey buildings with elevators. Occupying the total floorage of 15,000 sq.m. are 150 apartments ranging from 50 to 100 sq.m. The holiday village has all the conditions and perks for comfort and relaxation featuring a restaurant, a coffee bar, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for kids), a guarded parking lot, park alleys, year-round maintenance etc. The complex is in immediate vicinity to the Aqua Park and to the famous market Palma (Palm-tree) in Sunny beach.

     Degree of completeness of the apartments

     All the apartments in the settlement are offered at " turn key". Finishing works in the complex are conformable to highest construction standards and include excellent isolation of external walls. All apartments are completely air-conditioned, and the windows are with double glass package and PVC joinery. In each apartment there are qualitative wooden doors and massive front doors with key locks. In the flats there are terminals for phone, TV and Internet.

     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas:

     The annual maintenance fee is 500 euro and will cover the following:

• Maintenance of communal areas, gardens and swimming pool
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occuring from normal use

     Payment Plan:

• 2000 Euro - price for reservation
• 50 % - 10 days after signing of the preliminary contract
• 50 % - on signing of the Title Deed
