There is a huge green park area between the two complexes, which is an unique place for Sunny Beach, a place for about seven thousands square meters greenery, where it will be built playgrounds and attractive places for rest.

     Complex Aphrodite I is a modern construction, with high-quality and very interesting style, which is our company’s trade mark, a guarantee for stillness and comfort. Complex Aphrodite I is completely finished. It consists of one hundred and fifty apartments and studios, a swimming pool outdoor for adults and children, restaurant and bar. There is 24–hours security, security system, parking, guaranteed maintenance. 80% of all apartments are already sold, the rest of the apartments are still not sold, as some of them are reserved. The apartments offered are fully furnished.


     For connoisseurs of good cuisine, complex Aphrodite I has stylish restaurant with 30 seats. The restaurant enjoys modern and exceptionally attractive interior, which creates relaxing and bright atmosphere.

     At disposal to the guests of complex Aphrodite I is vast summer terrace with outside bar, serving a great diversity of cold and hot, alcoholic and fizzy drinks.

      Degree of completeness of the apartments:

     All the apartments in the settlement are offered at " turn key". Finishing works in the complex are conformable to highest construction standards and include excellent isolation of external walls. All apartments are completely air-conditioned, and the windows are with double glass package and joinery, resembling wood. In each apartment there are qualitative wooden doors and massive front doors with key locks. In the apartments there are terminals for phone, TV and Internet. The apartments are offered fully furnished.

     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas

     The annual maintenance fee is is 9 per sq.m Euro from the whole area of the apartment and includes VAT. The fee will cover the following:

• Maintenance of the building and common parts of the complex - alley, yard of the complex, green area, swimming pool
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occuring from normal use

     Property management

     Every client who has bought apartment gets the opportunity to sign a property management contract with the investor of the complex. Signing this contract is up to the wish of the owner of the apartment.

     Payment Plans

     Plan A

• 1500 Euro -deposit
• 90 % - Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit, notary deed
• 10 % - Not later than 30th June 2009, notary deed

     Plan B

• 1500 Euro - deposit
• 90 % - Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit, notary deed
• 10 % - Not later than 30th June 2009, notary deed
