     Complex Aphrodite II is situated in a lovely green area at the central part of the bulgarian seaside resort Sunny beach. Complex Aphrodite II is in the immediate vicinity of complex Aphrodite I and is 400 m. away from the beach.


     Complex Aphrodite II is a modern monolith construction in contemporary style, with high qualily material, in full compliance with the prescript standarts and regulary requirements. It is situated in 4400 sq.m. land and has unique architecture and disaign. Complex offers variety of apartments and studios - from 33 sq.m. up to 150 sq.m. In each studio and apartment there are air condition, kitchen box, TV, cable TV, refrigerator, equipped bathroom.

     The owners of apartments in the complex will be nicely surprised by the surrounding unique green area, which is situated between Aphrodite I and Aphrodite II. It is really amasing project for Sunny Beach. It is really lovely, quiet park - 7000 sq.m. ,where there will be build playgrounds and nice places for rest.       Degree of completeness of the apartments:

     All the apartments in the settlement are offered at " turn key". Finishing works in the complex are conformable to highest construction standards and include excellent isolation of external walls. All apartments are completely air-conditioned, and the windows are with double glass package and joinery, resembling wood. In each apartment there are qualitative wooden doors and massive front doors with key locks. In the apartments there are terminals for phone, TV and Internet. The apartments are offered fully furnished.

     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas

     The annual maintenance fee is is 9 per sq.m Euro from the whole area of the apartment and includes VAT. The fee will cover the following:

• Maintenance of the building and common parts of the complex - alley, yard of the complex, green area, swimming pool
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occuring from normal use

     Property management

     Every client who has bought apartment gets the opportunity to sign a property management contract with the investor of the complex. Signing this contract is up to the wish of the owner of the apartment.

     Payment Plans

     Plan A- included furniture and VAT - 750 Euro/sq.m.

• 1500 Euro -deposit
• 90 % - Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit, notary deed
• 10 % - Not later than 30th June 2009, notary deed

     Plan B - included furniture and VAT – 899 Euro/sq.m.

• 1500 Euro - deposit
• 90 % - Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit, notary deed
• 10 % - Not later than 30th June 2009, notary deed
