     Payment Plans:

     A. Instalment plan until Act 16 issued (Permission for use)

• 20% of the property price - first payment -when signing the contract
• 80% of the property price - periodic payments which will be based on your Personalized instalment plan

     Personalized instalment plan is based on the scheme for payments which you will choose. You will receive your notarial act when you pay it in full or before that depending on your Personalized instalment plan. Final date for the instalment plan is when Act 16 issued (Permission for use). Minimal first payment when signing the contract is 20% from the total price of the property.

     B. Instalment plan with three payments - you receive 2 % discount

• 50% of the property price - when signing the contract
• 25% of the property price - on completion of roof
• 25% of the property price - when Act 16 is issued (Permission for use)

     C. If you pay in cash (100%) when signing the contract you receive 5 % discount.
