     St. Nicholas will provide their own all-year management & maintenance service to their clients for which there will be a fixed annual charge. Property management services will include the following:

     Rental management - rental options from major tour agencies.

     Maintenance and technical support - Maintenance fee: 5 euros per. sq. m. on a yearly basis

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the swimming pools
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Year round security

     Booking and payment schedule

• 2000 Euro Reservation fee - which holds the apartment within 14 days
• 90% - 1st installment upon signing the preliminary contract
• 10% - 2nd installment upon concluding the deal (the notary deed and acquiring the sole proprietor's rights)
