     Description in brief:

     Sozopolis Spa and Wellness Resort occupies an area of 88 500 sq.m and presents total of 186 residential units. The GFA of the complex is 34 000 sq. m. The complex is separated in eight residential regions and will comprise of 56 semi-detached houses with one to three bedroom apartments, as well as 21 detached houses. All of the units will come with completed bathrooms, ready to be furnished according to clients’ expectations and personal demand. Approximately 80% of the holiday homes will have views towards the sea.

• The size of the one- and two-bedroom apartments varies from 60 to 145 sq.m
• The size of the three-bedroom apartments varies from 160 to 167 sq.m
• The size of the individual houses is 260 to 490 sq.m, some of them surrounded by private garden
• Start of the building process: September 2007
• Completion: May 2009

     Facilities in the complex:

     The owners and the guests of the complex can visit the various shops, galleries and cafes, they will also have the opportunity to choose among different culinary temptations in Fara restaurant and will have the chance to reach the full relaxation in the spacious and modern SPA centre of the complex. The floorage of the SPA centre in Sozopolis SPA and Wellness Resort will be 1 400 sq. m., entirely equipped by KLAFS – the world leader in SPA equipment, and, the center will be separated in different zones:

• Very large and well equipped gym
• Thermo zone with a Sauna, Solarium, Herbal and Steam bath, Tropical showers and halls for hydrotherapy and talasotherapy

     Management

     Fully maintenance and property management of the complex will be provided by the developer. The annual fee will be 15 Euro/sq. m (VAT included).

     Reservation of apartments

     Any apartment or house in Sozopolis can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro paid into the developer’s bank account by bank transfer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment. The second installment is to be paid within approx. 30 days after reservation.

     Payment Plan

• 5000 Euro non-refundable deposit to the bank account of the builder
• 30% minus the sum for the deposit is paid at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 28-30 days after deposit)
• 35% is paid when the complex gets Certificate 14 (approx. December 2008)
• 35% is paid on completion of the complex and receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer (approximately October 2009)

     Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds.
