     Sozopolis Spa and Wellness Resort occupies an area of 88 500 sq.m and presents total of 186 residential units. The GFA of the complex is 34 000 sq. m. The complex is separated in eight residential regions and will comprise of 56 semi-detached houses with one to three bedroom apartments, as well as 21 detached houses. All of the units will come with completed bathrooms, ready to be furnished according to clients’ expectations and personal demand. Approximately 80% of the holiday homes will have views towards the sea.

     Any apartment or house in Sozopolis can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro paid into the developer’s bank account by bank transfer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment. The second installment is to be paid within approx. 30 days after reservation.

     Payment Plan

  • 5000 Euro non-refundable deposit to the bank account of the builder
  • 30% minus the sum for the deposit is paid at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 28-30 days after deposit)
  • 35% is paid when the complex gets Certificate 14 (approx. December 2008)
  • 35% is paid on completion of the complex and receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer (approximately October 2009)
     Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds.
