     The holiday complex Village Houses is situated at a distance of 400 m from the sea shoreline in the picturesque area between the town of Svety Vlas and the summer resort of Sunny Beach. The town of Sveti Vlas is situated on the Black sea shoreline at a distance of 40 km from the large industrial and trade centre Bourgas, with its international airport, just 4 km to the north of Sunny Beach resort and 8 km away from the ancient town of Nessebar. It lies in the skirts of Stara Planina mountain (also called the Balkan mountain) and thus offers wonderful combination of sea and mountain climate, considered as very favourable for treatment of lung diseases.

     Village Houses complex consists of 5 separate buildings, with splendid architecture, picturesquely situated in beautiful green area.
