     Saint Vlas Hill consists of building with surface 4285 sq. m., courtyard with size of 2080 sq. m. with swimming pool, a big BBQ with garden and outside bar, mini-market, sauna and fitness hall. Underground garage with 9 parking places and 6 living floors. The total number of apartments is 37. The square surface of the apartments is between 50 and 112 sq. m. On the 5-th and 4-th floor , there are two big apartments with an area of about 156 sq. m. The building is equipped with a lift. The complex has own water source. • Video-surveillance and own transport. Also is provided maintenance and service of the pool, gardens, parking places and all common parts
• By request and extra payment there is possibility for cleaning up of the apartments
• There is an option for renting out of the apartments
