     Complex Bells 3 reminds of old Bulgarian architecture with all characteristic elements, in its construction are used qualitative natural materials. The complex follows the line of its two predecessors Bells 1 and Bells 2 and stylishly finishes the series. Bells 3 teem with richly planted grass areas and in its middle part is disposed a beautiful belfry. The access to each building is ensured via network of walkways. The complex has parking places for 12 automobiles; it is projected with underground garage on two levels for 32 cars. Complex Bells 3 has been officially opened in 2008 year.


     Hotel complex Bells 3 consists of one G-shape building with two entrances and offers 31 apartments – 1 studio, 11 two –room apartments, 16 three –room apartments and 2 four – room apartments. Great part of the apartments offers unique view towards the sea. The flats in Entrance "A" are 20, studio of 28.12 square meters, single-room of 48.23 square meters, 7 double-room starting from 53.23 to 58.17 square meters, 10 triple-room of 72.18 to 89.25 square meters and 1 four-room of 117.21 square meters. The flats in Entrance "B" are 11 – one four-roomed flat with square surface of 117.21 square meters, 6 three-roomed with 75.73 to 86.91 square meters and 4 two-roomed of 52.05 to 53.10 square meters.

• 50 % - 10 days after signing of the preliminary contract
