The complex follows the line of its two predecessors Bells 1 and Bells 2 and stylishly finishes the series. Bells 3 teem with richly planted grass areas and in its middle part is disposed a beautiful belfry. The access to each building is ensured via network of walkways. The complex has parking places for 12 automobiles; it is projected with underground garage on two levels for 32 cars. Complex Bells 3 has been officially opened in 2008 year.


     Hotel complex Bells 3 consists of one G-shape building with two entrances and offers 31 apartments – 1 studio, 11 two –room apartments, 16 three –room apartments and 2 four – room apartments.
