     Complex Dolce Vita 2 in Sveti Vlas is located front line from the sea. Due to its significant length of 335 meters the complex was built in two stages and completed in the summer of 2008. The Arena is strategically located with respect to the surrounding residential areas because of its proximity to the newly built Marina Dinevi yacht port.


     The buildings of the complex encircle the lushly green internal spaces with alpineums. The Arena can be thought of as consisting of two parts divided by the public service facilities. The holiday village comprises 12 buildings, i.e. six buildings in both southern and northern parts of the terrain. They offer as many as 197 apartments ranging from 22 to 193 sq.m., including such novelties as five-room apartments and maisonettes. Some of them are designed as studios with attached saunas, storage and other auxiliary facilities. The living rooms, and sometimes the bedrooms face the sea. Two one-family twin houses complete the overall vision of the complex. The buildings from 1 to 6 are situated in the south part of the settlement, near the sea and they are of 4-5 floors; those ones from 9 to 14 are situated in the upper part and they are of 2-3 floors, except building 14, which is of 4-5 floors. The public centre is situated in the middle of the settlement is defined as building 7. Just above the public establishment, a church is built. It has a choir and crypt, defined as building 8. Between the Public establishment and the crypt of the church a line of shops are built- boutiques, church shops, book shop and newsagent’s. The settlement has 75 parking places, situated in its upper part.


     Complex Dolce Vita 2 is projected in modern style with all necessary amenities and luxury with the aim to satisfy different tastes of Bulgarians and foreign persons. Eight residential buildings of the complex offer as many as 172 units ranging from 40 to 450 sq.m allowing potential owners a choice of one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments, and maisonettes. Some of them are designed as studios with attached saunas, storage and other auxiliary facilities. The living rooms, and sometimes one and more bedrooms face the sea.

  • Building 3 has 79 apartments - 8 one- room apartments with floorage of 40 - 50 sq.m, 61 two- room apartments of 45 to 80 sq.m., 4 three- room apartments of 90 to 120 sq.m. and 3 maisonette type apartments with floorage of 100 sq.m
  • In building 4 the apartments are 39 - 29 one- room apartments with floorage of 46 - 60 sq.m, 5 two- room apartments of 62 to 86 sq.m., 5 three- room apartments of 95 to 99 sq.m.
  • Building 5 consists of 36 apartments - 7 one- room apartments with floorage of 25 - 62 sq.m, 16 two- room apartments of 52 to 59 sq.m., 4 two- room apartments of 62 to 80 sq.m., 8 three- room apartments of 92 to 117 sq.m. and 1 maisonette type apartment with floorage of 139 sq.m. and terrace of 168 sq.m.
  • In building 6 the apartments are 6 - 2 two- room apartments of 59 to 61 sq.m., 1 two- room apartment of 75 sq.m., 3 three- room apartments of 108 to 111 sq.m
  • The natural declination of the terrain has also been used for the construction of two rows of semi-underground residential facilities along the southern border of the complex (Buildings 1, 2, 7 and 8). Protected with modern thermal and hydro insulation materials, the facility offers 12 units: 10 two-room apartments with the floorage of 58-59 sq.m and 2 one-room apartments (54 sq.m). The balconies on the southern facade are all glazed and offer just one view – that of the sea, the sun, the sky, the moon, the stars
  • Maintenance facilities will be located in Building 4. Envisaged are rooms for security guards, offices for administrator and complex manager, housekeeping office, dryers, storages, and other technological facilities. The building will also house the restaurant of the complex occupying the area of 390 sq.m with a terrace of 125 sq.m

     Both the exterior and the interior of the building have a pronounced modern look due to the use of sophisticated materials such as glass, aluminum, color paints and plaster. The facades covered with smooth mineral plaster combined with colorful aluminum window frames. The balconies have aluminum and glass railings 1.05 meters above the floor level.


     The residential buildings are surrounded by natural greenery with some exotic trees envisaged to enrich the local flora and give the village a more exotic look. Attractive alpineums in combination with various colourful flower patterns will be composed. The carefully planned water areas will add to the coziness and character of the complex. The network of pedestrian alleys providing access to each building is designed in a free landscape pattern. The same approach is adopted in the design of the spaces around the two swimming pools with a rectangular main section and a shallow section for kids in the shape of a hemisphere. Envisaged are the premises for the pool maintenance equipment. Ramps for baby carriages and wheelchairs are installed where necessary. Security and maintenance of the complex is enhanced by a professional year-round service. The complex has 66 parking spaces, including 50 covered ones.

All apartments are completely air-conditioned, and the windows are with double glass package and joinery, resembling wood. In each apartment there are qualitative wooden doors and massive front doors with key locks. In the apartments there are terminals for phone, TV and Internet.

     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas:

     The annual maintenance fee is 500 euro and will cover the following:

  • Maintenance of communal areas, gardens and swimming pool
  • Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
  • 24-hour security
  • Standard repairs occuring from normal use
     Payment Plan:

  • 2000 Euro - price for reservation
  • 50 % - 10 days after signing of the preliminary contract
  • 50 % - on signing of the Title Deed
