Complex Etara III is four-star holiday complex, distinguishing with own architectural style. It is located on second line in southern part of Saint Vlas resort.Etara III is a natural northeastern continuation of complexes Etara I and Etara II. The complex is located just 250 meters away from the beachfront and 450 meters away from the Marina Dinevi in Sveti Vlas, a yacht port with dockage for 300 yachts, including 25 mooring spaces for boats of 25 meters in length.
Complex Etara III is built in style "Old Bulgarian house" with characteristics for this period- spacious terraces on the first floor, narrow windows, big eaves, high stone walls and towers, wooden gates. The complex consists of one L-shaped building, divided into two sections; the southern part has two entrances and the northern one - three. The two sections are separated by a dilatation joint. The total number of apartments is 125. The first section has 65 apartments, i.e. 23 one-room apartments (33 to 58 sq.m.), 31 two-room apartments (50 to 80 sq.m.) and 11 three-room apartments (78 to 89 sq.m.). The second building has 60 apartments, i.e. 19 one-room apartments (35 to 40 sq.m.), 23 two-room apartments (48 to 68 sq.m.) and 18 three-room apartments (73 to 110 sq.m.). The living rooms and in most cases two and more bedrooms have a view of the sea. The building has the necessary storage spaces, 6 in each section, as well as special offices for the maintenance staff. A separate office for the manager is also envisaged.
The yard of the complex is lush with greenery and enriched by rockery, as in its middle part is located a swimming pool for children and adults. The complex has a parking lot for 45 cars and right next to it there is a public parking lot for 36 cars. A network of pedestrian alleys leads to the building entrances. Ramps for baby carriages and wheelchairs will be installed where necessary. The complex has an exquisite restaurant seating 60 persons with half of the seats in the open air. Security of the complex is enhanced by a professional year-round manned service.
