     Complex Lazur 5 consists of one residential building with a medium number of storeys. It encompasses 34 apartments ranging from 33 sq.m to 63 sq.m structured as one- and two room apartments.      The complex:

     Both exterior and interior are characterized by modern visual solution with predominant use of modern material including glass, aluminum, color paints and plasters. The facades will be treated with smooth mineral plaster coloured as to the designer’s model suggestions. Colouråd aluminum structural shape is employed in the doors and windows of the complex. The balcony balustrades also employ aluminum and glass and will be 1, 05 m high over the finished floor level with details executed according to the designer’s model.      Degree of completeness of the apartments

     All the apartments in the settlement are offered at " turn key". Finishing works in the complex are conformable to highest construction standards and include excellent isolation of external walls. • Standard repairs occuring from normal use

     Payment Plan:

• 2000 Euro - price for reservation
• 50 % - 10 days after signing of the preliminary contract
• 50 % - on signing of the Title Deed
