     All apartments are connected to the 220 V central electrical supply network, with electricity metre, safety devices and fuses, sockets, switches, lighting fixtures in the balcony and bathroom, as well as fire-fighting installation, and smoke detectors.

     Apartments are offered with no furniture included in the prices announced, but investor can offer you two main furnishing packages – standard and de luxe. The standard package price ranges between 5990 and 8990 EUR depending on the apartment size, and the de luxe furniture price is from 7990 up to 13 990 EUR, again depending on the apartment size.

     Payment plans

     Depending on whether you are buying a completed apartment, one in rough construction or off-plan, investor offer different payment plans. In each case, the client makes a deposit in BG levs equal to the amount of 2000 euros (according to the current exchange rate).

     Plan A

     Buying an apartment off-plan

• 30 % - within 30 days after reservation
• 60 % - within 5 days after notifying about roof completion
• 10 % - at transfer of the property and issue of the title deed

     These schemes are provisional and can be changed according to the finansial possibilities to each client. Provided the tendentcy of the constant price increase of vacantion properties we recommend you to buy the property selected by you while it is still being constructed days

     Plan B

     Buying an apartment off-plan

• 70 % - within 30 days after reservation
• 20 % - within 5 days after notifying about roof completion
• 10 % - at transfer of the property and issue of the title deed

     Plan C

     Buying an apartment in rough construction

• 70 % - within 30 days after reservation
• 30 % - at transfer of the property and issue of the title deed

     Plan D

     Buying a completed apartment

• When buying a completed apartment , clients pay the full amount of the price

     Discount ompletion

• Each client, who purchased an apartment from the "VRIS" complex and paid 100% of the property price as an initial installment, is granted a discount of 5% off the amount due. Because of the fact the entire amount is paid in one installment by the buyer, the investor is proposing not only a very reasonable price, but also free 1-year insurance on each property, in this payment plan
• Each client, who purchased an apartment from the "VRIS" complex and paid 70% of the property price as an initial installment, is granted a discount of 3% off the amount due
• Upon purchase of 2 to 5 apartments from the "VRIS" complex, the buyer gets a discount of 5% off their total price, regardless of the way of payment chosen
• Upon purchase of properties from the "VRIS" complex with total square surface over 600 sq.m. the investor makes a 10% discount off the total price of the subject properties
• If our client, who purchased property from the "VRIS" complex persuades another client to invest in our properties, he gets 5% discount!!! The new client will take advantage of the aforementioned discounts
