The enclosing walls are planned to be brick walls, 25 cm thick with 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick wall. The roof and facade surfaces will be constructed with waterproof and heat insulation and plasters.

• 30% of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
• 30% of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed
• 30% of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
• 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received

     Plan 2 - % discount subject to agreement

• 1000 Euro reservation fee
• 90% of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
• 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received
