• 10% of the asking price - on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

     Option 2 - 2 % discount

• 1 000 euro - deposit, valid for 14 days
• 60% of the asking price - on signing the Preliminary contract
• 30% of the asking price - when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
• 10% of the asking price - on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

     Option 3 - 4 % discount

• 1 000 euro - deposit, valid for 14 days
• 90% of the asking price - on signing the Preliminary contract
• 10% of the asking price - on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued
