All apartments will be finished according to the Bulgarian standards. The structure of the buildings will be modern and monolithic having reinforced concrete walls. The enclosing walls are planned to be brick, 25 cm thick with 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick. The roof and facade surfaces will be realized with waterproof, heat insulation and plasters.

     Payment Plans:

     If you would like to reserve a property you need to deposit 1000 Euro. Within 14 days we expect to sign a Preliminary contract.

     Option 1

• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit to the bank account of the builder
• 30% of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
• 30% of the asking price when the second concrete slab is completed
• 30% of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
• 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

     Option 2 - you get 2% discount!

• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit to the bank account of the builder
• 60% of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
• 30% of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
• 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

     Option 3 - you get 4% discount!

• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit to the bank account of the builder
• 90% of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
• 10% of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued
