Bourgas Airport increases capacity by 40 per cent

     Bourgas Airport is the busiest in Bulgaria during the summer season.Bourgas Airport is expected to increase its capacity by 40 per cent this summer.
     The increase will become possible thanks to the new departure terminal, the airport's concessionnaire Fraport Twins Star Airport Management said. The terminal has all the necessary equipment and facilities to assist people with disabilities. The new terminal is connected to the existing departure terminal. It has nine new registration desks and two border checkpoints.
     The renovated luggage system can handle large aircraft with more than 250 passengers. More than seven million leva was invested in increasing the airport's capacity. Bourgas Airport is the busiest in Bulgaria during the summer season.
