     Bulgaria is a fast-growing ski destination with three major resorts in the shape of Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo.      Pamporovo does not close in the summer, on the contrary, the alluring mountain scenery, which is revealed when the snow melts, attracts hikers, mountain climbers, horse riders, mountain bikers and visitors to the natural thermal springs. This year-round appeal makes property investment a safe and lucrative prospect.
     Bulgarian real estate prices are currently rising between 10 – 15% per annum as Bulgaria attracts new business, foreign investment and large numbers of tourists, fuelled by imminent entry into the EU. Compound this capital growth with the fact that the base price for property in Pamporovo is 10 - 15% less than more established Bansko and it's easy to see why Pamporovo is this season's snowy hotspot.
