Bulgarian Sunny Beach Resort to Receive Town Statute

     The owners of most of the Sunny Beach hotels and bars will ask in March or April for the resort to be granted the statute of a town. The news was broken by Nessebar mayor Nikolay Trifonov, who also explained that the motive of the businessmen was to avoid the double taxation. He also specified that such a procedure would take at least a year. He has asked the businessmen to consider both positive and the negative sides of the resort becoming a town. Sunny Beach is one of Bulgaria's biggest and most luxurious resorts.
