Representatives of big Western companies are expected to start searching for European offices for rent in Plovdiv during the present year, say representatives of a international real estates company. Those are companies who have already established their business in Sofia, and now wish to open new offices in the bigger regional cities of our country.The experts say that every contemporary office building is supposed to be structurally wired, to have central air-conditioning, ventilation, parking, security, as well as self-contained power supply that could serve for 72 hours in cases of breakdown.
The office market is expected to be really very well developed, since such buildings are to be constructed in Plovdiv, and they will be easy accessible and matching the European standards. There are still lots in the town, which experienced entrepreneurs could easily turn into elite business zones. Some foreign investment companies have already shown interest in the construction of immense office buildings, and later, they shall rent them out or sell them as complete projects. Still, the greatest problems turn out to be the small lot's areas, as well as their high prices – approximately 800 Euro per square meter. They are to be constructed on big boulevards and places with easy access, and with appropriate business surroundings, say the experts.
