Katina Golf Resort Rroject Has Started

     Ferry Group starts Katina Golf Resort project which was declared the first official playmate of the European Commission in Bulgaria in the Steady Development project. Today Ferry Group officially announced the beginning of the project after the company took the construction license few days ago. Now the Spanish investor is in the making of the ground breaking ceremony.
     Building the boutique golf village near Katina is a promising initiative considering the fact that the project got the approval of the European Commission and the European Districts Assembly. The institutions gave Katina Golf Resort as an example of steady development.
     Ferry Group plans to build sports and tourist complex on a large scale which embraces a golf court, swimming pools, tennis courts, hotels and apartments complexes, chalets and shopping area.
