     Houses that are in good condition and have good infrastructure are demanded the most. Interest is highest in the Veliko Turnovo region.
     Rents vary from 200 to 800 euro per month. Village houses are also sought for rural tourism.
     Investors have also turned to the Elena region, which offer year-round tourism opportunities. Elena is also preferred because of its location, enabling easy travel to Sofia, Varna and Rousse.
     Bulgarians interested in village houses prefer the Rousse region. Offers on the market there are numerous and prices are still reasonable.
