Shopping mall under construction in Sunny Beach resort

     A shopping mall is under construction in Bulgarian Black Sea resort Sunny Beach and should open for business in 2007.
     Royal Garden Mall will accommodate 140 retail outlets as part of the Royal Garden residential and hotel complex.
     The developer estimates that Sunny Beach and the nearby resort of St Vlas and the resort town of Nesebar attract 1 mln tourists annually, a traffic that translates into 60 mln euro in retail, dining and entertainment revenues.
     In addition to the Royal Garden Mall, the complex comprises a 5-star hotel - managed by Spain's Barcelo Hotels and Resorts, apartment buildings, spa, fitness and medical centers, conference halls, 4 swimming pools and a squash court.
     The company also owns the 4-star Majestic hotel and apartment complex and the 82-apartment Oasis VIP Homes in Sunny Beach.
