Bulgarian Property Ltd. provided us with excellent pre-sales service, allowing us to make a number of property investments in "developing areas" of the Northern Black sea. However, the after-sales service has been absolutely superb. Possessing property in Kavarna we depend on Svetlozar and his team for a great number of things, and they have been more than equal to the task. They have supplied us with the names and numbers of reliable, well-priced professional tradesmen to carry out repairs and maintenance. They have offered advice on furnishing and domestic purchases and they have found us some "canny" long-term tenants, as well as negotiating good rents. Ilian has carried out viewings as well as arranged repairs and acted as "key holder" for us, his help has been immeasurable. We had always dreamed of a holiday home in Bulgaria where we could have the advantages of the Black sea as well as the mountains for winter skiing. We are back from our first trip to our ""new"" home in Bulgaria. The house we bought is located in the village of Rajdavitsa near picturesque town of Kustendil and we would like to see our very good experience to be placed in the custumer comment page. W've bought our house through the internet. The only thing that we had were the pictures on the website and the very, very good comments, by email from Ilian and Svetlio. They were so helpfull and after we asked for some extra pictures, they made a short video clip and sent it to us via delivery service. They are so patient and caring for us. We trust them and after a lot emailing and looking at the pictures and the video clip, we made the decision. We bought a house that we had never seen in the real. When we decided to buy house via internet it seemed to us like gambling but when we used the services of Svetlio and Ilian we became the luck winners.
