     Bulgarian Property Ltd. offers for sale working fully–equipped packing –house in the town of Kyustendil. The property consists of production building with area of 1332,5 sq.m. , dining room – restaurant 115 sq.m. , garage–workshop 120 sq.m. and check–point.

     The packing-house is built over a plot with size of 4780 sq.m. , situated in the industrial zone of the town. The built up area at elevation ±0 is 1230 sq.m. This quadrature includes 133 sq.m. of refrigeratory commercial area, with separate entrance. At elevation -2,60 m. there are sanitary – public units and dining room with total area of 350 sq.m., which except for the servants of the enterprise works as cafe- sweet shop for citizens.

     The not built up area is completely well laid out and made with armored concrete pavement, featuring constructed sewerage and formed green areas. The yard is enclosed by dense cement fence with height of 3 meters. Additionally to the main production building in the yard there is a garage with two cells and repair workshop and also check–point–guard. There is a platform for washing and disinfectant of motor vehicles. In the yard of the packing-house a railway line passes, which is a deflection of railway Kyustendil – Skopie.

     The enterprise is approved for processing of red meats and production of perishable and non-perishable boiled smoked sausages, delicacies of non-grinded meat, minced meats and semi-manufactured articles. During the production process all critical points are controlled- delivery of raw material, refrigeratory preservation, putting the raw material into production, technological temperature regimes, hygiene of staff and equipment, conditions for preservation of ready production and delivery of production to final client with own refrigeratory transport.

     A system for control ISO 22000 is introduced. The packing house features own railway, electric power substation and specialized transport. All kinds of perishable and non-perishable sausages, packing, minced -meat, carcass meat and other are produced in it. Its capacity is 8 tons per day. The packing house has all kinds of permissions and own developed market. It is facilitated with modern equipment, guillotine for cutting meat, non-corrosive cutter, WOLF, filling machines – 5 numbers, tumbler, atomizer, low-temperature refrigerator, refrigerator for carcass meat, refrigerator for filleted meat, refrigerator for realization, refrigeratory chambers – 2 numbers, air-conditioned drying room, box block – 4 rooms. All rooms are air–conditioned. The sewerage is constructed according to requirements including grease-catching ones. The enterprise has double electric supply. The yard is well laid out and is realized with armored concrete coverage.
     In the packing-house 25 qualified workers, loyal to the firm and devoted to their occupation work. The project capacity is 4 tons per shift, but with newer and higher production technological equipment 10 tons daily in two-shift regime of work can be achieved.
     The firm-owner of the packing-house starts its activity in December 1992 year as the first private meat-processing enterprise in Kyustendil region. For a short period of time it attracts the attention and wins the trust of many consumers with high quality of production and correctness in relations. In 1996 year is constructed the new enterprise in the north industrial area of the town, it is located on own terrain, conformable to increasing requirements of Governmental veterinary sanitary control and Bulgarian legislation. In 2006 is realized a project “Reorganization and extension of meat-processing enterprise” according to the requirements of Law for veterinary-medical activity /in power from 01.05 2006 year, Law for foods and European standards.The packing-house is sold together with the firm.
