One of the biggest advantages of village location is its vicinity to mountain resort of Pamporovo.
     Pamporovo, pearl of Bulgarian mountain resorts is located in the heart of Rhodope mountain, 260 km. away from the capital Sofia, 85 km. to the south of Plovdiv, and 15 km. away from Smolyan. One day on the ski slopes of Pamporovo is enough to have wonderful sun tan, as the resort is the sunniest winter resort of Bulgaria – here the sunny days are more than 240 annually. The climate is mild with strong Mediterranean influence. The average annual temperature is 8,5°С, and thickness of snow coverage is 140 -150 cm. the altitude of the resort is 1650 meters and the highest peak is Snezhanka -1926 meters.
