     The real estate which we present for sale is lovely rural house on two floors. It is located in the little town of Dimovo, 180 km. north of Sofia and 30 km. south of Vidin. The size of the real estate is 100 sq.m. The house comprises 4 rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the second. The plot is 1300 sq.m. planted with fruit trees and there is an outbuilding and a well on it. The house is supplied with all standard facilities, including electricity, running water, telephone landline. The road leading to the property is asphalt- paved and it is easily accessible throughout all seasons. The property is very close to the center of the town.
     Dimovo Municipality is consistant part of district Vidin. The city of Vidin was established in the 3rd century BC and has been developing for centuries. Vidin is rich of historic landmarks. The 10th century Baba Vida Fortress has been completely preserved. The fortress played an important role in the city's defense during the mediaeval period and was completed in the 14th century. The other Vidin fortress, Kaleto, was first built by the Romans. In the Middle Ages, it was reconstructed and has been partially preserved. The two fortresses are national monuments of culture and history.
     Vidin is also known by its beautiful riverbank park. The unique layout of the park, a mixture of different styles, was preserved through the centuries. The combination of an English park layout and Baroque forms of vegetation gives the park an unique, typically Bulgarian look. The riverbank park is located along the bank of the Danube and includes wonderful beaches and recreation places.
     The region attracts many foreign buyers with its unique nature and some of them already live here permanently!
