     A massive two-storey house in authentic old Bulgarian style, which is situated in a very pretty village, which is located about 35 km away from the old Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo. The house has a floorage of about 100 sq.m. The first floor consists of three rooms, a larder and a corridor, and on the second floor there are three rooms and a larder.In the immediate proximity of the house there is a new extension- a kitchen. The ceilings in the house are with trimmer-joists, which is very well preserved. The yard covers an area of 1250 sq.m., it's flat and surrounded by a stone wall. It includes also farm buildings.

     The village is big, with well-developed infrastructure. The road from Rousse to Pleven passes through it. The population is of about 1200 inhabitants. The settlement is located 35 km. away from Veliko Turnovo and is situated in the segment between town of Polski Trambesh (10 km.) and Pavlikeni (20 km.) There are mineral springs and mineral-healing bath. The water is with temperature of 43 degrees Celsius and is good for treatment of musculoskeletal system, skin, gynecological, stomach-intestinal and liver diseases, and peripheral-nervous system. Annually in May national fair-singing competition takes place. The village is attractive and fast developing touristic and resort settlement.
