     Holiday Complex – Stoykite – Pamporovo envisages construction of four constructive massive houses on two floors, structurally connected between each other, forming a group of 9 single and two family houses with total size of 1500 sq.m., over a terrain of 2156 sq.m. There is an option for additional expansion of total built up area to 3200 sq.m. - 3500 sq.m. Holiday Complex – Stoykite – Pamporovo is nicely located amongst wonderful nature. In this way stunning panorama in all directions opens. Finishing works envisage mineral plaster, stone and wood revetment of the facades, thermo and hydro insulation. The joinery will be from natural massive wood. The roof will be with roof –tiles and additional hydro insulation. The complex has garages, parking spaces, own road which ensures access to every house. Phone and internet network is envisaged, as well as TV.

     The project is in the center of new- building sport –touristic center Perelik., one of the biggest ski complexes in Europe with total investment of more than 250 million Euro. The resort will include 50 ski slopes with length over 30 km. facilities for artificial snow, 24 lift lines, with capacity of 8000 people per hour., covered parking lots and hotel base. The ski season will be prolonged with one month. At later stage a congress center and golf playground will be constructed. The whole resort will be located over 10 million sq,m., from which 2200 hectares will be mountain part. For the first three years the investment will be 94 million Euro. Massive construction is not envisaged. The aim is to preserve the nature. The project has been approved for influence over the environment by ecological organizations in Europe and Bulgarian ministry of ecology.
