     Marina Black Sea Riviera is constructed over plot with size 20 decares, with total built -up area 13 000 sq.m. It consists of 28 villas, 10 three - floor houses with mansard floor featuring marvelous view and one hotel - block with 25 apartments. Architecture of the villa settlement is designed to cover 4 - star standard, which shows bigger residential areas and high standard of construction. Villas and houses are arranged in such a way that from each villa and apartment there will be a panoramic view. Density of construction is very low, which premises space and comfort and vast green areas.

     Holiday settlement Marina Black Sea Riviera is divided on two zones – Zone 1 and zone 2

• In Zone 2 are disposed two and three – storey villas. Two – storey villas Nautique are separate, they have nice yard and covered terrace. Three – storey villas are two – family or divided into two apartments – type Compass and type Marina. Depending on the preferences of the client, the whole villa or apartment of it can be bought. Zone 2 will be completed in spring of 2009 year
• Apartments in Zone 1 over the road are one – bedroom, two – bedroom and maisonettes with mansard terraces. There are yards belonging to the ground floors. Zone 1 will be completed in 2010 year

     Marina Black Sea Riviera has its own port and Yacht club

• The Yacht Club Marina will not only become the hot spot of Bulgaria, but even of the whole Black Sea region. Sailing Races will have their starting points from here. New boats will be introduced. All kinds of festivities and public events will be organized. The aim is to equal the exclusiveness of f.e. Port Vauban Antibes (France), the Solent (UK), Port Zelande (Netherlands) and the Royal Yacht Club Nieuwpoort (Belgium). Key priorities for the yacht club staff will be friendliness and hospitality. HOW TO RESERVE?
     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
