It has excellent touristic infrastructure supplemented by aqua park, golf playground, and several five – star hotels.

Marina Black Sea Riviera is constructed over plot with size 20 decares, with total built -up area 13 000 sq.m. It consists of 28 villas, 10 three - floor houses with mansard floor featuring marvelous view and one hotel - block with 25 apartments. Architecture of the villa settlement is designed to cover 4 - star standard, which shows bigger residential areas and high standard of construction. Holiday settlement Marina Black Sea Riviera is divided on two zones – Zone 1 and zone 2

Three – storey villas are two – family or divided into two apartments – type Compass and type Marina. Depending on the preferences of the client, the whole villa or apartment of it can be bought. Zone 2 will be completed in spring of 2009 year
- Apartments in Zone 1 over the road are one – bedroom, two – bedroom and maisonettes with mansard terraces. There are yards belonging to the ground floors. Zone 1 will be completed in 2010 year
