     There aren't brick carrier beams and walls, the whole construction is based on columns, cross-beams and other elements, which allows reorganization by owner's will.      The cable net includes underground power supply with cable 3X16 + 25. The electrical board is in the house. Every floor is fully autonomous with relation to electricity supply, water supply and steam installation. The weak-current electrical system includes TV, Internet, telephone and door bell and Intercom installation.
     The steam installation is fixed wholly in the house, as only on the third living floor are not installed radiators. All the living rooms and the corridors are fully independent in relation with the heating / can be regulated separately/. For each floor is possible to be used different sources of energy - electricity, solid fuel, naphtha or natural gas.

     Walls and floorings:
  • First level- In the public premise there is a special plaster on the walls and the floor is fulfilled with "Venetian mosaic". WC with faience and terracotta.
  • Second level- All the walls are with lime ground coat. The floorings in the living premises are: terracotta in the corridor, kitchenette and the bathroom: parquet in the living room and bedrooms and under floor there is isolation.
  • Third level - All the walls are with lime ground coat. Terracotta in the corridor, bathrooms and living room, as in the living room the terracotta is Italian and imitates wood. Bedrooms feature parquet flooring.
  • Fourth level - All the walls are with lime ground coat. The floors have to be finished. The inner doors of the rooms are not put.
  • Balconies - fulfilled with mosaic
     Window-frames are wooden with double glazing and covered with varnish "Sadolin", designed for joinery.
     The fence with the neighboring parcels is brick-built, as to south and west is necessary to be plastered. To north the fence is from wire grid, which is temporal. In the garden there is a terminal for garden lighting and fountain. There are conditions for own water-source. Available permission for construction of garage with size 10.50 x 3.00m.
