• Electric lightening of the common parts of the building

     The owners have the option, against additional payment to receive the following services:

• Cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round

• Payment of the expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc

• Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay

     Payment plan

• 1 000 Euro - deposit
• 30% - at signing of the preliminary contract
• 20% - a month after the signing of the preliminary contract
• 20% - two months after the second payment
• 20% - three months after the third payment when the building is completed inside and outside
• 10% - when the apartment is transferred to the owner

HOW TO RESERVE?
     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
