The vision of the complex corresponds with mountain architecture typical for the region, using traditional materials for facade decoration – wood, stone and smooth white plaster. A reference towards Rhodope house with refined forms, big eaves, verandahs and oriels is searched for. At the moment houses ¹ 2 and 5 exist and they have to be transformed in the same traditional style as the rest.
     In the area of the complex there are opportunities for skiing, tourism, river fishing and recreation. Clean air and peacefulness! It is suitable for all year round living. The architectural plans, documents and building permissions are ready.

     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
