     To the future owners of apartments in complex Penelope Palace are offered several payment schemes, which are valid until 1.03.2009 year

     Plan 1

• 30 % on signing of the preliminary contract
• 30 % /on June 2009/
• 30 % /on February 2010/
• 10 % /when the title deed is formed/

     Plan 2

• 30 % on signing of the preliminary contract
• 20 % /on June 2009/
• 20 % /on February 2010/
• 30 % /when the title deed is formed/

     Plan 3

• 50 % on signing of the preliminary contract
• 50 % on completion of the rough construction /until June 2009/
• There will be 3% discount of the price if you choose this payment plan!

     Plan 4

• 100 % on signing of the preliminary contract
• The discount of the price will be 5 %!

     In order to help the customers, investor have provided a floating payment schedule, which includes 4 instalments evenly distributed in time. Only the first instalment is fixed - 30 percent of the price. The other three instalments are determined by the customer and the latest one should be paid on the same day of forming the title deed.

     It will be a discount on the purchasing of 3 /three/ or more apartments.

     One of the first 30 customers, reserved and signed a preliminary agreement for sale will participate in the raffle for a car Jaguar!!!

HOW TO RESERVE?
     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
