The first floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchenette box and a toilet, also it has a staircase to the second level, which has a little corridor, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms with terraces.

     The villas are luxury finished, constructed of reinforced iron-concrete and brick masonry and fully heat and water isolated. The villas are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous view toward the whole Sunny Beach sea resort and the sea.

• Security contract with licensed SOT /Signal-Security Equipment/ company
• Cable TV contract

     Note:

• In case of purchase of apartment, annual maintenance fee is paid. It covers servicing of common parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security
• Pointed quadratures include common parts

     Payment plan

• 1 000 Euro - reservation for 20 days fee (non – refundable)
• 40% - preliminary contract
• 35% - upon completion of the foundation of the building
• 25% - on signing of the Notary deed

HOW TO RESERVE?
     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
