     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas

     The annual maintenance fee is is 9 per sq.m Euro from the whole area of the apartment and includes VAT. The fee will cover the following:

• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)

     Property management

     Every client who has bought apartment gets the opportunity to sign a property management contract with the investor of the complex. Signing this contract is up to the wish of the owner of the apartment.

• 1500 Euro -deposit
• 90 % - Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit, notary deed
• 10 % - Not later than 30th June 2009, notary deed

     Plan B

• 1500 Euro - deposit

HOW TO RESERVE?
     You can reserve this property through us by transferring 500 Euro (or 1000 depending on the property) to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller and deposit is paid.
