     Veselie holiday complex is located 5 km. south from the town of Sozopol. Sozopol is the most ancient Bulgarian Black Sea town, it lies on a picturesque rocky peninsula and is one of the most romantic and beautiful Bulgarian seaside resorts. Sozopol combines the ancient and the modern times, and its architecture successfully joins the old town to the new one. Its splendid beauty and artistic atmosphere attract many tourists from all over the world.


     Veselie holiday complex is situated 300 m. away from the beach, in a splendid and quiet bay, surrounded by pine trees of Strandja mountain. The blessed landscape of Strandja amazingly combines mountains, forests, sun and sea. The unique situation of the complex will offer you a great opportunity of full value for your holiday. The superb beach has an ideal sandy strip and borders the inlet that is comfortable for variety of water entertainments and such sports as: water-skiings, yachting and surfing. Less than 8 km. away from the complex is national park “Ropotamo", famous with its lilies and the river rich of fish. In immediate vicinity are located resorts Dyuni, Primorsko and Ęitten. Less than 39 km. to the north of Veselie is situated fourth bigger city in Bulgaria – important sea port Bourgas, which has international airport working all the year round.


     Veselie holiday complex consist of:

  • A hotel part with underground parking lots, houses for the holiday-makers and sports and entertainment center
  • Villas with private apartments, outdoor swimming-pool and indoor parking lots

     Structure: the building structure consists of solid, no-joist, reinforced concrete panels, columns, washers, a fundamental slab, concrete groove and single foundations. The building is coated with hydro-, heat- and steam insulation. Outside and inside walls: the walls are made of thick ceramic bricks. Facades: the facades are insulated, coated with stone facing and decorative elements of natural stone, ceramic tiles, mineral plaster. Tile-stone flooring on alleys and terraces. The project envisages a rich greenery of local and exotic plants.

  • Doors: Blinded entrance door; MDF interior doors
  • Floors: Terracotta or granite tiles /by client's choice/

  • Low-voltage power distribution lines - Telephone, TV and Internet
  • Heating: individual cabling for air-conditions, heat-insulation materials for walls
     During the construction a reconstruction is possible in the inner premises - if there is a wish from the buyer and if it is matched with the main architect. At the purchase of an apartment on "construction" stage, materials are choosen by the client.

     Maintenance

     7 Euro per sq.m. /no VAT included/ annual tax for property management:

  • Year-round security of the property and the parking
  • Maintanance and cleaning of the green areas and the common parts
  • Swimming-pool usage
  • Maintanance of the heat, energy and sewerage installations
  • Payment of the current expenses
     Payment plans

  • 50 % - upon signing the preliminary contract

We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and we will take the property off the market.
